The Luxury Travel Advisor's ULTRA Summit is an exclusive appointment-based program set to take place for the 12th year  in  May 2025.  Participating ULTRA travel advisors are invitation-only. These advisors join with luxury travel suppliers for an executive summit where compelling thoughts provoke purposeful conversation, cross-disciplinary insights cultivate collaboration and like-minded resolve ground future initiatives.  

In addition to one-to-one appointments, delegates take part in elegant networking functions and engage during interactive programs delivering content from a thought leadership perspective encompassing the global luxury marketplace.

Advisors

The Luxury Travel Advisor Ultra Summit Delegate Profile

 

ULTRA's travel advisors are invitation-only, with delegates hand-selected based on a stringent pre-qualification process with a strong focus on the agency annual business transactions, volume/purchasing performance and destination and product booking diversity.  Participants represent a global pool of owner/managers who are at the decision-making level from the world’s most prestigious travel agencies. The selection process will be completed in conjunction with ULTRA’s sister-publication, Luxury Travel Advisor. 

Supplier delegates comprise a range of ultra-luxury travel companies representing global experiences, such as private journeys, destinations, game lodges, villas, exotic locales, luxury hotels and more. Overall positions are limited, as are individual regional representation to ensure a balance of showcased destinations and products/services.
