Printed meeting schedules will be handed out on Thursday. Please follow the printed schedule as times may have shifted. Your one-to-one meeting schedules will not be available in the app.

Networking and Free Time
Meals, breaks, receptions, team building, and activities are an integral part of the program, and all Ultra Summit delegates are requested to participate in each function. Please refer to the Event Agenda in your app for times, locations and themes.
Dress Code
Receptions – Business Casual (jackets optional, not required).
Meetings – Business Attire (tie not necessary).
Departures
Please look for your departure information posted by the hospitality desk Thursday afternoon.
Checkout times for the resort are 11:00 AM; please plan accordingly for checking out of the hotel and checking bags with the concierge around your Ultra Summit Schedule.
